Anonymous said: Can you give tips on life drawing? I have no background whatsoever on the human body/anatomy but I do draw but I still find it difficult to start! I noticed you just started life drawing yourself and I wanted to have your take on how you started?

Yes! I went for my second round just yesterday! And I love it!

I’ve taught myself everything I’ve learnt regarding drawing the human body and anatomy, but I think it was an easy fit for me because I’ve gained experience through my graphite studies of animals (1, 2, 3) I do in preparation for painting, I basically use the same techniques. I find it makes it easier if you focus on the shapes that stand out at you without worrying whether or not you completely finish the pose - I think the little details are the only important parts anyway.. Much love my darling! x

I love when you guys get my work inked! This snap by Iain Morrison of his forearm - rendition of my work by Sydney-based tattoo artist Sprinkles.

This is how I feel on my job sometimes…….and sometimes how I feel anytime of the day. Like when a cute boy is approaching, or I have to cook, or when I think of life after college D:

Being haunted by desire of authenticity I take stealthy photos sometimes. I am interested to know how people read when they think nobody’s looking. The world surely does not exist for them at that moment.

Amazing. I’d go see your exhibition
